Fultondale Community Survey Got one of our Fultondale Community Survey Requests? We are doing this Survey of the entire city of Fultondale to have a better understanding of where our city is numerically and spiritually.
Our wonderful city has grown so much so quickly we need to get a good idea on where we are with those two topics.
Fultondale is a city on the move, with the addition of all the shopping areas and restaurants the possibilities of someone having to go to another city for anything is quickly being eliminated. Add to that the excitement of all the new dwellings, neighborhoods and apartment complexes and anyone can see why we are so excited and why this survey is a much-needed necessity.
Your help with this is greatly appreciated and know that this information will NEVER be sold or given to anyone else for ANY reason. Your information is safe with us.
There are FIVE options for helping us with this Survey and completing your information:
1. Fill out your card and do one of five things:
a. Place the Door Hanger Survey back on your doorknob before the deadline printed on your card
(the day we will come back for it)
b. Place the Door Hanger Survey back on your doorknob and contact us below and let us know and
we will be glad to come out and collect it.
c. Mail the Door Hanger Survey to us in an envelope. Just send to the address on the card:

2. Do not fill out your card (you don't have to if you choose one of these options!) and do one of
the following:
this option feel free to throw the Door Hanger version of the Survey away, you will not need
it and we will not contact you again about it.)
 b. Lastly you can submit your Survey Information via email. Just include the information below
